Off the box it works as a standalone changing mat. On it, it doubles as a protective cover. Built to take saltwater, sun, and the general grind of being outside.

Talk to us first. Most things are a quick fix, and we would rather sort it than have you ship anything back.
If it is still not right, send it back within 21 days, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is on you unless it is a warranty claim. Sale items are non-refundable, though the warranty still covers them.
12 months on all manufactured parts. Defects, anything missing or damaged on arrival, and faults a replacement part cannot fix.
We will usually just send you the part — faster for you than shipping the whole thing back. Accidental damage, misuse and normal wear are not covered.
