Returns & Warranty Policy
Our number one priority is your satisfaction with our products. Before engaging in a refund, please contact us if you are having any performance or assemblage issues as we would love to help you out. Likewise, please review our BeachBox Instructions Videos as they may solve any issue you may be having.
We offer a 12 month warranty on all parts. We only replace items if they are defective, missing or damaged on arrival. Proof of either is required (videos and photos via email are sufficient). Our first steps are to identify the issue and in many cases a replacement part can be shipped to you to fix the issue. If the replacement item is no longer available or we cannot fix the issue we will send you a return shipping label and issue a refund after inspection.
If your shower tank is not working due to water being poured into the greased pump shaft then it is void of a warranty claim. Replacement items can be ordered and paid for.
If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, unless it's a warranty claim.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if not, the equivalent of a cardboard box to keep it protected in transit) with all the original documents and parts. Otherwise a 25% restocking fee is applied. This will be assessed when returned item is received.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. We will then send you a return shipping label.

Return to Exchange Offer
If you would like to downsize and exchange a BeachBox for a shower tank only, we will wave the return shipping cost of $15.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (Shopify policy is 3-10 business days).
If you purchased the InsureShield Shipping Protection Plan, please notify them and follow the steps for their service. If you did not, please notify us and we will investigate the matter further and see what steps we can take.
Late or missing refunds
Shopify's policy is 3-10 business days for funds to return to your bank account.
If funds have not been applied after 10 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately sale items / discount codes etc cannot be refunded. However, our warranty still applies.
If for any reason shipments are not received due to customer being unavailable or other, customer will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
