At BeachBox, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience an issue, please check our Instruction Videos and reach out — most problems can be quickly resolved with simple troubleshooting. If not, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Warranty Coverage

We back all BeachBox Shower Tanks with a 12-month warranty on parts.

What’s Covered
✅ Defective, missing, or damaged parts on arrival (proof required: clear photos/videos via email)
✅ Performance issues that can’t be resolved with replacement parts

How It Works

  1. Contact us with proof of purchase and issue details.
  2. We’ll first try to resolve the problem by sending replacement parts.
  3. If parts are unavailable or the issue can’t be fixed, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Once inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued.

When the Warranty is Void
❌ Damage caused by pouring water into the greased pump shaft. (Replacement items can still be purchased separately.)

❌ Not covered: damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear

 


Returns & Refunds

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 21 days of purchase.
  • Sale items and discounted purchases are non-refundable (warranty still applies).

Return Shipping Fees

  • BeachBox + Shower Tank: $30
  • Shower Tank Only: $15 (Hawaii: $25)
  • Customers cover return shipping unless it’s a warranty claim.
  • This will be deducted from the refund after inspection.

Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a refund:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
  • All original documents and parts must be included.
  • Items not meeting these conditions are subject to a 25% restocking fee, assessed after inspection.
  • If it is a warranty claim, we ask if the product can be packaged up safely in the original packaging or the equivalent in order to not cause any more damage. Any more damage caused from poor packaging can also be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refund Process

  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Once received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days (Shopify policy).


Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

  • If you purchased the InsureShield Shipping Protection Plan, please file your claim directly with them.
  • If not, contact us and we’ll investigate the matter with you.


Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear. If it’s been longer than 10 days, please contact us at returns@thebeachbox.co.


Unclaimed Items

If a shipment is undeliverable (e.g., customer unavailable), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
