If it is still not right, send it back within 21 days, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is on you unless it is a warranty claim. Sale items are non-refundable, though the warranty still covers them.
12 months on all manufactured parts. Defects, anything missing or damaged on arrival, and faults a replacement part cannot fix.
We will usually just send you the part — faster for you than shipping the whole thing back. Accidental damage, misuse and normal wear are not covered.
